1. If you are a undergraduate or graduate student:
You should choose "öğrenci" student option (https://guvenlik.hacettepe.edu.tr/sticker). First, you must deposit 700TL (for the 2025-2026 academic year). Do not forget to write your car's license plate number in the explanation field when paying the deposit. Then, you will upload the necessary documents (receipt, student certificate, car license etc.). To do so, please get help from someone who knows Turkish. Information about the bank account is also provided on the same webpage. Once you have completed the online procedure, you will be able to pick up your sticker on the ground floor of the Rektörlük building at the Beytepe Campus.
2. If you are a self-funded Turkish learner at TÖMER (not a undergraduate or graduate student):
You must deposit 1,750 TL (for the 2025-2026 academic year) and select the "Misafir" (Guest) option (https://guvenlik.hacettepe.edu.tr/sticker). Unfortunately, since you are not an official undergraduate or postgraduate student at the university, the fee is higher than usual. Do not forget to write your car's license plate number in the explanation field when paying the deposit. You will also need to upload your TÖMER document and your car's license. To do so, please get help from someone who knows Turkish. Information about the bank account is also provided on the same webpage. Once you have completed the online procedure, you can pick up your sticker on the ground floor of the Rektörlük building at the Beytepe Campus.
